NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Enter to win before 11:59pm on the last day of the month and you will be automatically entered once into a random drawing for a chance to win a Hearts and Arrows gem scope. Drawings will be held monthly at the end of the last business day of the month from all eligible contest entries received. All entries must be in by 12Noon on the last business day of the month. To enter, click on the "Win a Hearts & Arrows Gem Scope" button or page promoting the Free Hearts & Arrows Gem Scope Contest, enter your name, e-mail address, and company name when prompted.
Eligibility: The Promotion is only open to U.S. Jewelry Retailers at least 18 years of age. Employees of L C International Diamonds, affiliated websites, advertising and promotional agencies, (and their immediate families) are ineligible. To be eligible to receive the prize, winner must have supplied e-mail address, and company name. One entry per store e-mail address. Void where prohibited by law, rule, regulation or ordinance.
Prize and Odds Of Winning: Prize Drawing for one (1) of three Hearts & Arrows Gem scopes ( retail value $ 400 each). Hearts & Arrows Gem Scope not exchangeable for cash or to be combined with other offers. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable.
Prize Awarding: Winners will be notified via e-mail. Hearts & Arrows Gem Scopes will be sent via Fed Ex delivery for receipt one week after each drawing. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable for any reason. By accepting prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, their parent company, affiliates, and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, are not responsible for and will be held harmless by winner for any and all liability for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property including damage to computer software or hardware, death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to possession, acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in this promotion. Entrants agree to these official rules and to the decisions of the sponsor which are final and binding. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use the winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Disqualification: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone, computer or telephone transmissions, or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind, whether mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by sponsor, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the player's eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by bugs, viruses, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion.
